Strolling down the streets of Clearwater Beach, Florida, the only thing on my mind was trying to cool off. I was racing back to my hotel when I came across these balconies extending out of the facade of an older hotel. I knew I had to come back with my camera. The repetition of these balconies is what really drew my eye. With a lot of my abstract architecture photography, I tend to use framing and composition in order to display the beauty of itself while neglecting it’s context. With this photo, I wanted to emphasize the pattern that these balconies created.
